Not the way we do it. Render, painted surfaces, cladding and roofs get soft washed — low pressure plus the right detergent does the work chemically instead of mechanically. High pressure is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete that can take it.

Yes, for most residential jobs we connect to your outside tap — it's a small amount on your bill. For sites without water access we can discuss bringing our own.
